How can I create a match on FOOT COMMUNITY?
FOOT COMMUNITY takes care of creating the matches, setting the date, time and place. If you’d like to be a host, please contact our support team. Once added, you can define the rules and the number of players required.
What's a Host?
A Host is an involved user who organizes matches, ensuring that they take place within the rules and in a friendly atmosphere. Hosts can also play and do not pay any user fees.
Is FOOT COMMUNITY free to use?
Registration and basic use are free of charge. However, to participate in a match, payment is required. Hosts participate free of charge, fostering an active and diverse community.
How can I invite friends to join FOOT COMMUNITY?
Use the “Share” option in the application to send invitations by e-mail or via social networks. Once registered, you can add them to your matches and chat with them.
How can I cancel my reservation for a match?
Go to “My Matches”, select the match, and follow the instructions to cancel. For a refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the match.
What is the refund policy?
In the event of cancellation 24 hours before the match, the amount will be refunded in the form of a balance on your FOOT COMMUNITY account, which can be used for other matches.
